“I think when I started working with laura, I was just so unsettled in my being. I just had a baby, I came back to work, I had a really rough situation at work. And it’s funny because I remember when I first reached out to laura, it was actually about how to be a white-presenting person working in racial justice. So it was this one specific thing and it became so, so, so, so much more. So I think through all of this time together, not just learning how to be authentic and be true to myself, and also to the impact that I want to create in the world, but also just being comfortable in my being. The power of the connection and the love and being held like right now. It was just really meaningful.”
